How to Fix

Disconnect power

Disconnect harness from lock motor

Check door lock switch (COM-NO)
- 4
Measure lock motor coil resistance (should be 1750-1850 ohms)

Check wire harness connection to CN300 on main PCB
- 6
Verify 120V AC is applied to lock motor when activated
- 7
Replace lock motor or main PCB if needed
