What actually causes this:
Damaged probe sensor or shorted wiring in probe circuit
First Thing to Check
Measure meat probe resistance (50kΩ at room temperature)

Disconnect probe harness from control

Measure probe resistance (should be 50kΩ at room temperature)

Check for damaged terminals or wires on harness
- 5
Check resistance of meat probe connector on main PCB (Normal: 10kΩ to 11kΩ)
