Door locking error - Door lock in wrong position after 1 minute

What This Means

Motorized door lock assembly not properly connected; Door lock assembly improper operating resistance; Door locking switch malfunction; Insufficient voltage to door lock motor; Control PCB failure

How to Fix

   Disconnect electrical power to the range

2. 2

   Remove the upper rear cover panel

3. 3

   Make sure the wiring harness is properly connected to the motorized door lock assembly

4. 4

   Check motorized door lock assembly for proper operating resistances

5. 5

   With operating door lockout, measure the voltage of connector on harness which is linked with door lock motor (Normal Voltage: AC 120V)

   Check the door locking switch to make sure it is working properly

7. 7

   Disconnect power and get rid of harness connected with Lock motor

8. 8

   Check the door lock switches (com-NO)

9. 9

   Measure resistance of Lock motor coil at room temperature

10. 10

    Check whether voltage (AC 120V) is offered to lock motor with letting lock work or not

11. 11

    Check whether harness connected normally into CN501 on PCB

12. 12

    If all tests pass but problem persists, replace faulty door lock switch or Lock motor

13. 13

    If still failing, replace PCB
