What This Means
Harness not connected properly to door lock switch motor; Abnormal door lock motor coil resistance (normal: 1750-1850 ohms); No AC 120V voltage supplied to lock motor; Faulty door lock micro switch; Faulty main PCB connector CNS300
How to Fix

Disconnect power and open back cover

Check harness connection to door lock motor
- 3
Check microswitch (COM to NO: infinite ohms at room temperature)

Measure lock motor coil resistance (normal: 1750-1850 ohms at room temperature)

Check harness connection at CNS300 on main PCB
- 6
Measure resistance at CNS300 (COM-NO: infinite ohms at room temperature; COM is orange, NO is orange)

Apply AC 120V to lock motor and verify operation
- 8
Replace micro switch or lock motor if faulty
- 9
Repair or replace damaged harness
- 10
Replace main PCB if connector or board is faulty
