Oven heating over (overheating)

What This Means

Oven sensor malfunction or incorrect reading; Faulty DLB, Broil, or Bake relay; Damaged heating element; Broken wire harness connected to heater; Damaged PCB pattern

How to Fix

   Disconnect power

2. 2

   Measure sensor resistance at room temperature - should be 1080 ohms

3. 3

   Check DLB, Bake, and Broil relay operation

4. 4

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance 30-800 ohms

5. 5

   Verify harness connections at CNS300 and heating element relays

6. 6

   Check for damaged PCB pattern

7. 7

   Replace main PCB if relays or heating elements are faulty
