Door lock malfunction / Door locking information

What This Means

Disconnected harness; Faulty door lock motor; Faulty door lock switch; Main PCB failure

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connection between door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Measure door lock motor resistance (normal: 1750-1950 ohms)

4. 4

   Check door lock switch continuity

5. 5

   Measure voltage at connector CN300 pins 23-24

6. 6

   Measure voltage across lock motor when activated (should be AC 120V)

7. 7

   Replace door lock motor or switch if faulty

8. 8

   Replace main PCB if necessary
