Oven heating over (overheating)

What This Means

Broil burner malfunction; Bake burner malfunction; Convection heater malfunction; Faulty relay (DLB, Broil, Bake, or Convection); Damaged wire harness to main PCB; Failed oven sensor

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Measure sensor resistance at room temperature (should be 1080 Ohms)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance

4. 4

   Verify DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays are working normally

5. 5

   Check for damage to wire harness connected to main PCB

6. 6

   Check resistance of oven sensor connector at sub PCB (Normal: 1080 Ohms)

7. 7

   Replace main PCB if all other components are normal
