Oven heating over (overheating)

What This Means

Faulty oven temperature sensor; Malfunctioning broil burner; Faulty bake burner; Faulty convection heater; Faulty DLB, Broil, Bake or Convection heater relay; Damaged wire harness; Faulty main PCB

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Disconnect sensor harness and measure resistance (should be 1080 Ohms)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake and convection heater resistance

4. 4

   Verify DLB, Broil, Bake and Convection heater relays working normally

5. 5

   Check for wire harness damage connected to main PCB

6. 6

   Check resistance of oven sensor connector at Sub PCB (Normal: 1080 Ohms)

7. 7

   Replace Main PCB if relays or components are faulty
