What This Means

Aluminum foil blocking oven vent or cover air; Foreign objects preventing airflow; Delayed ignition of broil burner; Burner or HSI malfunction

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power or press OFF key after opening oven door at least 60 seconds to reset error

  2. 2

    Check whether oven vent or cover air is blocked by aluminum foil or other items

  3. 3

    Remove all aluminum foil or objects blocking airflow

  4. 4

    Check for delayed ignition of broil burner

  5. 5

    If blockage is removed and error persists, replace or repair burner and HSI
