What This Means

Harness disconnected from door lock switch or motor; Door lock motor resistance abnormal; Door lock switch malfunction; Damaged harness; Main PCB failure

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and open back cover

  2. 2

    Check harness connection to door lock switch and motor

  3. 3

    Confirm door lock motor resistance normal (1750-1850Ω at room temperature)

  4. 4

    Measure voltage to lock motor during operation (normal 120V AC)

  5. 5

    Check door locking switch functionality (COM-NO)

  6. 6

    Measure CN300 resistance on Main PCB (normal ∞Ω COM-NO)

  7. 7

    Replace lock motor or micro switch if failed
