The humidity sensor disconnected or failed

1. Check input voltage to humidity sensor — measure DC 5V at connector pins #1-#2

2. Check sensor output voltage — measure at connector pins #4-#2 and compare to humidity voltage table

3. Voltage should be within 1V to 4V range for normal humidity levels

4. Verify Main PBA connector CN90 is fully inserted

5. Check wire and housing connections for damage

6. If voltage is abnormal, replace humidity sensor
