What actually causes this:
The damper heater burned out or the control circuit failed

Check if FlexZone compartment can switch between fridge and freezer modes

How to Fix

1. Unplug refrigerator for safety

2. Disconnect MAIN PCB CN77 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN77 Black ↔ Brown wire
- 4
4. Normal resistance: 135 ohm ± 7%
- 5
5. If 0 ohm: heater is shorted
- 6
6. If ∞ ohm: heater/wire is open
