What This Means

Ice maker not reset after replacement; Water supply line kinked or blocked; Water inlet valve failure; Ice maker motor failure; Geared motor malfunction; Ice bucket full or jam

What actually causes this:

Ice maker was recently replaced, water supply is blocked, or the ice bucket is full

First Thing to Check

Check that water line is not kinked. Empty ice bucket if full. Unplug and plug back in the refrigerator.

    1. After replacing ice maker assembly, plug refrigerator power cord back in
