What This Means
Sensor connector CN20 pin 9/11 not fully seated; Thermistor open or shorted; Wiring damage
What actually causes this:
The sensor measuring fresh food compartment temperature has failed or disconnected, so the board cannot regulate fridge temperature properly.
First Thing to Check
Check that the fridge sensor connector at MAIN PCB CN20 is fully and firmly seated.

Verify voltage at MAIN PCB CN20 pins 9 and 11 is between 1.0V and 4.5V

Disconnect CN20 and measure resistance at R : CN20 '9' ↔ '11'

Compare resistance reading to DATA1 temperature table

Check IC01 MICOM pin 5 for normal input voltage
