Check if heater has 120V AC power applied

Separate MAIN PCB CN70 wire from PCB

Check resistance between CN70 pin #7 and #1
- 3
If 0 Ohm, check for heater short-circuit
- 4
If ∞ Ohm, check for open-circuit or loose connection
