What This Means
Connector at Main PCB CN51 slipped out; Wire cut or short-circuited; Defective thermistor in heater assembly
What actually causes this:
Heater cord has broken or its connector at the PCB has separated.
First Thing to Check
Inspect the CN51 connector on the Main PCB and reseat it firmly.

Measure continuity between CN51 pin 6 and contact points R737 and R776 (per block diagram for resistance value)

0 Ohm → heater shorted; ∞ Ohm → wire open or connector separated
