Error Code 13E
Humidity sensor output voltage failure
Minor
Usually easy to fix - may resolve on its own
Also displayed as: 13 E
What This Means
Separation of sensor housing part; Contact error or disconnection; Short circuit in sensor circuit
What actually causes this:
Disconnected humidity sensor, internal sensor failure, or wire break in humidity circuit
First Thing to Check
Check that humidity sensor is properly inserted into CN30 housing
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #7 and #9, should be 4.5V to 1.0V
- 2
Verify humidity sensor is properly seated in CN30
- 3
Check voltage supply to sensor (#1-#2) is about 5V
- 4
Check output voltage (#3) is between 1-4V
