What This Means

Connector slipped out or open contact; Wire cut or short-circuited; Abnormal sensing temperature above 50°C or below -50°C

What actually causes this:

Thermistor fails, wet connector corrodes, or wiring breaks from vibration during transport or installation

First Thing to Check

Look at the sensor connector CN30 pin 3, ensure it's dry and fully seated

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #3 and #8 should be 4.5V~1.0V

  2. 2

    Inspect connector seating and wire connections

  3. 3

    Measure sensor resistance at 23°C (should be 5.11-5.65 KΩ for thermistor)

  4. 4

    Replace thermistor if reading is abnormal
