Error Code 1E
Freezer sensor failure or wiring issue
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: 1E
What This Means
Connector slipped out or open contact; Wire cut or short-circuited; Abnormal sensing temperature above 50°C or below -50°C
What actually causes this:
Thermistor fails, wet connector corrodes, or wiring breaks from vibration during transport or installation
First Thing to Check
Look at the sensor connector CN30 pin 3, ensure it's dry and fully seated
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #3 and #8 should be 4.5V~1.0V
- 2
Inspect connector seating and wire connections
- 3
Measure sensor resistance at 23°C (should be 5.11-5.65 KΩ for thermistor)
- 4
Replace thermistor if reading is abnormal
