What This Means
Foreign material is blocking the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal is not connected or wire is disconnected; Warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from the drain hose to the detergent drawer is not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly connected; Water supply is blocked due to alien substance in the valve; Water supply is blocked due to frozen water; Main PCB is defective; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The water faucets behind the washer are turned off, or the inlet filter screens are clogged with sediment

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open

1. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve — normal: 0.9 kOhm to 1.1 kOhm between the terminals

2. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter

3. Check if water is being supplied to the machine

4. Check if water supply is blocked due to frozen water in winter
- 5
5. If the water supply valve is broken, replace the valve
- 6
6. If PBA relay malfunctions, replace the PBA
