What This Means
Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly connected to each other; Water supplied through the dry valve during a dry cycle exceeds 70 degrees C; Water temperature exceeds 50 degrees C in Wool or Lingerie courses; Water heater set too high
What actually causes this:
The hot and cold water hoses are swapped, so hot water is going where cold water should be

Check that the hot water hose is connected to the hot faucet and the cold hose to the cold faucet
