Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: 9C1
What This Means
Home electrical supply voltage is too low; Extension cord or plug receptacle causing voltage drop; Momentary voltage drop during high-power operations (Boil or Dry); Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or a weak outlet that drops voltage under load
First Thing to Check
Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet — not an extension cord or power strip
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the consumer's power conditions — verify operating voltage at the outlet
- 2
2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe voltage
- 3
3. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is being used — when the connecting wire is 1m, a momentary low voltage may drop up to 10V
- 4
4. Ensure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord
- 5
5. If voltage is stable, replace the Main PBA
