What This Means

Consumer power conditions are unstable; Under-voltage or over-voltage being supplied; Use of a plug receptacle or extension cord causing voltage drop; Connecting wire longer than 1 meter causing up to 10V momentary drop; Main PBA fault (sometimes)

What actually causes this:

The washer is plugged into an extension cord or sharing a circuit with other appliances

Plug the washer directly into a wall outlet — do not use an extension cord or power strip

    1. Check the consumer's power conditions — verify the operating voltage at the outlet

    2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil or Dry operations and observe the washing machine's operation carefully

    4. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is being used

  5. 5

    5. If power is stable, check for main PBA fault
