What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Temperature sensor fault or contact error; Water level sensor operates without water due to freezing; Temperature sensor detects 100-150 degrees C causing safety shutdown; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The heater element has failed or a safety shutdown was triggered by an overheating condition

Turn off the washer and unplug it — let it cool down completely before calling for service
