What This Means

Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Temperature sensor fault or contact error; Water level sensor operates without water due to freezing; Temperature sensor detects 100-150 degrees C causing safety shutdown; PBA relay malfunction

What actually causes this:

The heater element has failed or a safety shutdown was triggered by an overheating condition

Turn off the washer and unplug it — let it cool down completely before calling for service

How to Fix

    1. Check the heater wiring connections for short circuits or disconnected wires

    2. Check the temperature sensor reading

  3. 3

    3. Check if the water level sensor is operating correctly

    4. If the heater has no error, this occurs because of a PBA relay malfunction — replace PBA
