Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check motor winding resistance at any two of three terminals: should be 12Ω at 25°C
- 2
2. Check motor connector terminal connections and contacts
- 3
3. Check motor Hall Sensor on main PCB (pins 2-4, 3-4 of four pins): resistance approx 2-4 MΩ
- 4
4. If hall sensor terminal is faulty, replace it
- 5
5. Check stator of motor cover for damage
- 6
6. Check for coil disconnections due to foreign material
- 7
7. If PBA control circuit is faulty, replace PBA
- 8
8. Check motor winding resistance at CN8: Pin1&3 = 11.6 ohms (±7% at 20°C), Pin1&2 = 11.6 ohms, Pin2&3 = 11.6 ohms
