What actually causes this:
The motor is jammed, overloaded, or a wire came loose

Remove some laundry and restart

1. Evaluate wire harness for loose or unhooked connections

2. Go to Quick Test Mode and test Motor
- 3
3. Check motor winding resistance: 19.3Ω at 25°C
- 4
4. Check motor Hall Sensor on main PCB (pins 2-4, 3-4): 2-4 MΩ

5. Check stator of motor cover for damage
- 6
6. If PBA control circuit is faulty, replace PBA
