Also displayed as: bC2
What This Means
Power button is pressed continually for more than 12 seconds; A switch is jammed or stuck due to uneven pressing from control panel deformation; Screws holding the sub PBA are tightened too much; A button other than the Power button is pressed continually for more than 30 seconds; Deformation of an internal plastic injection part; Main PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
A button on the front panel is physically stuck, or the screws inside the control panel are too tight
First Thing to Check
Press each button on the control panel firmly and release — check if any button feels stuck or doesn't pop back out
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Check the contact between the control panel buttons and their corresponding tact switch
- 2
2. Check whether the service PBA holding screws are fastened too tight — if they are, loosen them a little. There must be a gap between control panel button and its corresponding micro switch
- 3
3. Check whether either the Power switch is continually pressed or the main PBA has a defect
- 4
4. Check the main PBA IC on/off switching error — if the main relay has an error, the 'E2' error occurs after approx. 30 seconds has passed
- 5
5. If there is no error in the connections, replace the main PBA
