What This Means
Foreign material in the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal not connected or wire disconnected; Warm water and rinse connectors swapped; PCB terminal from drain hose to detergent drawer not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Water supply hoses are kinked restricting water flow; Cold and warm water supply hoses swapped; Water supply valve is defective; Main PBA relay malfunction; Water is frozen in supply lines
What actually causes this:
Usually the water supply faucets are turned off or the inlet hoses are kinked.
First Thing to Check
Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on.

How to Fix

1. Check if water supply is blocked due to frozen water

2. Make sure cold water tap and hot water tap are properly connected at both the tap and the machine

3. Check for foreign material in the water supply valve filter
- 4
4. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve: 0.9K ohms to 1.1K ohms between terminals
- 5
5. If the water supply valve is broken, replace the valve
- 6
6. If the PBA relay malfunctions, replace the PBA
