What This Means

What actually causes this:
Small items like coins, hair pins, or fabric debris have clogged the drain pump filter.

Check the drain hose for kinks and make sure it is not pushed too far into the standpipe.

4. If the machine malfunctions intermittently when wash tub water temperature is high, replace the pump

5. Measure drain pump resistance: 13.5 to 16.5 ohms
