What This Means
Washing heater short-circuited or wire disconnected; Washing heater contact error or temperature sensor fault; Water level sensor operates without water (frozen or other reason) causing dry-fire; Temperature sensor at bottom detects 100-150°C overheating; PBA relay malfunction; Drying heater short-circuited or wire disconnected; Heater engagement fault (out of place)
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or a wire came loose from it
First Thing to Check
If the washer still runs but water doesn't get warm, the heater has failed — this needs service

2. If wash heater is faulty, replace it — Refer TYPE 1

3. If the problem is not the heater, replace the wash-thermistor — Refer TYPE 2

4. Check the washing heater temperature sensor connections and connector

5. If the washing heater temperature sensor has a functional error, replace it
