What This Means

Air hose out of place causing water leakage during spin cycle; Tub back at safety bolts fixing part broken; Too much detergent causing foaming and water leakage at front; Connecting hose to detergent drawer connected incorrectly; Drain pump filter cover engaged incorrectly; Water leakage at drain hose; Duct condensing holding screws worn; Nozzle-diaphragm engaged in opposite direction or rubber packaging omitted; Screws holding tub back and front fastened incorrectly; Leakage sensor faulty; Alien substance in the DV Case or Draining Bellows

What actually causes this:

Something is stuck in the drain area causing water to back up and leak, or a hose connection has come loose

Check around and under the washer for visible water — if you see pooling water, unplug the washer and turn off the water supply

    1. Check if there is any alien substance in the Draining Bellows — for natural draining, remove the alien substance

    2. Check if there is any alien substance such as underwear, coins, wire, etc.

    3. Check if water leaks from the tub connection part

    4. If the drain motor is defective, replace the motor

  5. 5

    5. Check for product assembly defect or internal hose part leakage
