What This Means
Foreign material entering the water supply valve; Water supply valve terminal is not connected (wire disconnected); Warm water and rinse connectors are wrongly connected to each other; PCB terminal from the drain hose to the detergent drawer is not connected; Transparent hose is folded or torn; Cold and warm water supply hoses are wrongly engaged into each other
What actually causes this:
The water supply faucets are turned off or the inlet filter screen is clogged with sediment

Make sure both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open
