What This Means
Under voltage supply to the washer; Use of a plug receptacle or extension cord causing voltage drop; Long connecting wire (1m wire can cause up to 10V momentary drop); Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord or power strip, causing a voltage drop

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not an extension cord or power strip

1. Check the consumer's power conditions and operating voltage

2. Connect a tester to the internal power terminals during Boil operations and observe operation

3. Check whether a plug receptacle or extension cord is being used — connect directly to a wall outlet

4. Verify the connecting wire is not excessively long

5. If voltage is confirmed normal, replace the main PBA
