What This Means
Washing heater is short-circuited or has a wire disconnected; Temperature sensor fault; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The heating element burned out or the temperature sensor has failed
First Thing to Check
If your washer works on cold cycles but not hot, the heater has likely failed — it needs service

How to Fix

1. Check for connection between wire and heater

2. Check the heater resistance between terminals A and B — should be 16.05 plus or minus 0.65 ohm

3. If the wash heater is faulty, replace it

4. If the heater is normal, change the wash-thermistor at the back of the tub
- 5
5. Check for PBA relay malfunction
