What actually causes this:
The add door (the small door for adding clothes mid-cycle) wasn't closed all the way

Push the small add door firmly until it clicks shut

2. Check the add door switch — resistance values should display normally when pressing the door switch button

3. Check barrier and lock module movement operates normally
- 4
4. Check open detection switch and barrier lock pillars coming down while pressing — verify normal operation

5. Check door lock motor resistance: pins 1-2 should be 46.57 plus or minus 15 ohm
- 6
6. Check lock stroke — normal detection on protrusion status (pins 3-4 and 3-5 should show normal resistance)

7. Check main PBA door detection circuit and connector combination

8. Replace or repair if faulty
