What This Means
Signals between sub and main PBA terminals are not sensed; Incorrect wire connections between the sub and main PBAs; Sub PBA short-circuited due to moisture; Main PBA communication circuit fault
What actually causes this:
A wire between the control boards came loose, or moisture got onto a circuit board
First Thing to Check
Turn the washer off, unplug it for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and restart

1. Check the wire connections and contacts between the sub and main PBA terminals

2. Check for disconnected wires in the harness between the two boards

3. Inspect whether the sub PBA is short-circuited because of moisture

4. If the main PBA communication circuit is faulty, replace the main PBA
