Some models have DLB (Double Line Break) safety - this means both heating relays must activate together to prevent element from getting stuck on. If one relay fails, no heating occurs at all.
repair_tip
If convection heater element won't heat but bake works, the elements are on separate relays (RY204 vs RY203). Convection has its own relay, so failure of one doesn't affect the other.
