Oven sensor opened (resistance over 2950 ohms)

What This Means

Oven temperature sensor failure; Damaged sensor wiring; Loose sensor harness connection

How to Fix

   Disconnect power

   Open back cover

3. 3

   Disconnect sensor harness from control

4. 4

   Measure sensor resistance - should be 1080 ohms at room temperature

5. 5

   If abnormal, replace oven sensor

6. 6

   Check harness terminals for damage
