Disconnect power

Disconnect probe harness from control board

Measure probe resistance (normal 50 kilo-ohms at room temp)

Check wire harness and connector terminals for damage

Check probe connector resistance on Main PCB (normal 10-11 kilo-ohms)

Replace meat probe if resistance is incorrect
