Oven temperature rises too slowly - fails to reach 125F (52C) within 10 minutes at room temperature

What This Means

Faulty oven temperature sensor; Loose harness connections; Improper burner adjustment; Wrong sized orifices; Defective relay

How to Fix

1. 1

   Measure oven temperature sensor resistance (normal: 1080 Ohms at room temperature)

   Check harness connections at PCB terminals T02 and T03

3. 3

   Verify broil and bake burners are adjusted properly

4. 4

   Check orifice sizes are correct for gas type being used

5. 5

   Open or close air shutter at burner base to optimize flame pattern

6. 6

   Replace with properly sized orifices if needed

7. 7

   Check bake, broil, and source control relays are working normally
