When C-21 (oven heating over) is triggered, it fires at 650 F in normal cooking modes. The most common cause is a shorted relay on the Main PCB (RY201-RY204), not a sensor fault. Check relays first.
diagnostic_shortcut
Oven sensor resistance reads 1080 ohm at the sensor itself but 2850 ohm measured at the PCB connector CNS301. These are two different values — measuring at the wrong point and using the wrong spec leads to misdiagnosis.
