Oven Temperature Rises Too Slowly

What This Means

Oven fails to reach 125°F (52°C) within 10 minutes at room temperature; Faulty oven temperature sensor; Loose harness connections; Improper burner adjustment; Wrong orifice size for gas type

How to Fix

1. 1

   Measure oven temperature sensor resistance (normal: 1080Ω)

   Check harness connections at PCB terminals T02 and T03

3. 3

   Verify burners adjusted properly

   Check orifice sizes for gas type (NG Broil: 1.80mm, Bake: 1.90mm)

   Adjust air shutter at burner base for optimal flame

6. 6

   Test bake, broil, and source control relays
