Door lock malfunction — door locking mechanism not operating correctly

What This Means

Loose or disconnected door lock motor harness; Door lock motor coil failure; Faulty door lock switch; PCB relay malfunction; Insufficient voltage to lock motor

How to Fix

   Disconnect power and open the back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connection to door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Confirm door lock motor resistance (Normal: 1.75kΩ - 1.95kΩ)

   While operating door lock, measure voltage on harness connector (Normal: AC 120V)

   Check if door locking switch is working

6. 6

   Verify CN300 connector pins 23,24 connection on main PCB

7. 7

   Measure resistance CN205, RY207 on main PCB (Normal: ∞)

   Replace micro switch or lock motor if defective

9. 9

   Replace main PCB if relay is damaged
