The door locking micro switch should be Normally Closed when the door is in the unlocked position (COM-NC). When door is locked, switch opens. Improper state indicates micro switch failure or mis-alignment of door latch assembly.

Steam Leakage Around Door

Customers report steam leaking from the door or seeing water on the control panel. 90% of the time it's not the door gasket or oven sealing - it's steam condensing on the outer oven surface and running down. This is actually normal. The remaining 10% is from a bent door caused by user pushing too hard when closing or allowing heavy cookware to fall against it.
