How do I fix error code E FF on my LG LRFXC2606S?

1. undefined: Reset the unit. Enter Test Mode 1 (push test button 1 time). 2. undefined: Measure Fan Motor voltage at CON4 pins 20th~19th. Should be 11.4~12.6V. 3. undefined: If voltage is NOT 11.4~12.6V: replace Main PCB. 4. undefined: If voltage is correct: open freezer door and check for airflow. If windy: go to step 5. 5. undefined: If not windy: check fan motor physically - rotate fan by hand. If fan feels sticky/seized: replace fan motor. 6. undefined: Step 5 - Check fan feedback voltage at CON4 pins 18th~19th. Should be not 0 or 5V (variable). If voltage is 0 or 5V only: replace the fan motor. 7. undefined: Step 6 - Check fan PWM voltage at CON4 pins 17th~19th. Should be not 0 or 5V. If voltage is 0 or 5V only: replace Main PCB. 8. undefined: If all checks pass: explain to customer.
