Exhibition Mode and Service Mode Differences

Exhibition mode is designed for retail store display - compressor does NOT run, only display and fans operate, no cooling. This prevents food spoilage on display floor. Manual operation mode is for service testing - compressor runs at full speed continuously for 24 hours at fixed temperature. These are completely different modes. If you accidentally activate exhibition mode on customer unit, you now have a refrigerator that displays normally but produces no cooling. Customers sometimes trigger this accidentally. Press Exhibition Mode Key again (Ice Off + Freezer Key for 5 seconds) to exit. Unit will return to normal operation immediately upon power reset if temperature exceeds 149°F.
