What actually causes this:
The door lock mechanism failed and cannot release the door

Unplug the washer and wait 5 minutes — some models will auto-unlock when power is removed

1. Check the Door-Lock SW terminal connections and contacts

2. In state of Door Unlock, check Door Lock/Unlock contact resistance
- 3
3. Check Reed SW resistance — approximately 0.2 ohms
- 4
4. Check Door-Lock SW motor resistance — 33 to 46 ohms
- 5
5. Check Lock contact resistance (White-Red wire) — approximately 0.2 ohms
- 6
6. Check Unlock contact resistance (White-Blue wire) — approximately 0.2 ohms

7. If resistance is satisfied with spec, replace the PBA
