Critical

Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue

Also displayed as: LC

What This Means

Air hose is out of place and water leakage occurs during the spin cycle; Tub back at the safety bolts fixing part is broken; Water leakage at the front with foaming because of too much detergent; Connecting hose to the detergent drawer is connected incorrectly; Drain pump filter cover is engaged incorrectly; Water leakage at the drain hose; Duct condensing holding screws are worn; Nozzle-diaphragm engaged in opposite direction or rubber packaging omitted; Screws holding tub back and front in place fastened incorrectly; Leakage sensor is faulty

What actually causes this:

Using too much detergent creates excessive suds that overflow and trigger the leak sensor, or a drain hose connection has come loose.

First Thing to Check

Check around and under the washer for visible water. Reduce the amount of detergent you are using — use only HE (High Efficiency) detergent.
