The 3C/3E error can be caused by simply overloading the washer with too much laundry, not just motor failure. Before replacing any parts, reduce the laundry load and retry. The error occurs because of restrained revolutions — it's often not a hardware problem at all.
Drum lifter replacement requires drill in assembled condition
If a drum lifter needs replacement while the drum is still assembled in the tub, you must pierce a hole through the drum wall with a drill to access the mounting screw. After replacing the lifter, seal the hole with silicone to prevent leaks.
