How to Fix

Check if the outlet has power using a multimeter or plug-in tester.

Reset the circuit breaker or replace the blown fuse — do not increase fuse capacity.

If the circuit repeatedly trips, a circuit overload exists; have a licensed electrician correct the overload.

Verify power cord and terminal block connections are secure.

Restore power and restart the dryer.
